Ingredients
- 200ml Milk
- 2tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1tsp Cornflour
- 1tsp Sugar
- 2tsp Icing Sugar
- 50ml Whipping Cream
- 16g pre-ground coffee
- 150ml filtered water
Lavazza Viennese Coffee
Preparation
1. Hot chocolate prep: Mix all the ingredients well in a pan. Place pan on a hob with low heat and stir continuously until warm and thickened
2. Moka pot preparation: Pour water into the base of the moka pot. Fill filter with coffee grounds and secure top half. Place on a hob with medium heat and allow for the coffee to pass through
3. Add whipping cream and sugar into a bowl and whip it using a hand mixer. Whip until stiff peaks have formed
4. In a glass, pour: 40ml hot chocolate, 40ml brewed coffee, 2tbsps whipped cream
